PurClean Teams Update 2020

Since PurClean became a company over 30 years ago, one of our biggest focuses has been customer support. Creating a number one product is great, but support makes it possible to maintain customer relationships and ensure each partnership is beneficial to both sides.

2020 has been a whirlwind year for the carwash industry and has been a pivotal year for PurClean so far allowing changes to be made to further instill the belief that customer support is key to success. At the beginning of the year, our sales team was in need of a reboot. Management within the company decided to look internally for employees that could assist with fostering customer relationships by providing knowledgeable support and technical experience. Paul Spence and Steve Samudio, both of whom have decades of combined experience in water treatment for the carwash industry have fulfilled this role since January of 2020. We are excited to announce their new positions as Technical Sales Managers and the creation of our new Technical Sales Team.

Since the creation of the new Technical Sales Team, PurClean has also recently experienced the retirement of Charlie and Teresa Borchard. Charlie and Teresa were both instrumental in the growth and success of PurClean and while we are excited to encourage them on their new journeys, this left an opening in the leadership of the company. In June of 2020 we welcomed David Doting to our team as General Manager. David has an extensive management background ranging from operations to research and development and is poised to take PurClean into the future with innovative thinking and engineered results. In only 4 months David has helped us to launch our new RO product line, the E3 Series Units, and continues to implement helpful change to make us better as a company.

In summary, we at PurClean are here to help you and your business thrive. With our sales department restructuring and new management we are more focused than ever on providing our customers with the support and knowledge they need to support our equipment and save money and water at their carwashes. Our goal is to gain partnerships with our customers by being there for you from the time you request a quote throughout the life of the equipment. We are excited to announce this new chapter and are here for you and your customers to support your water treatment needs now and into the future.
