12 Month Limited Warranty

PurClean™, seller, provides warranty coverage to the original purchaser for all new equipment manufactured by PurClean™. PurClean™ equipment is warranted to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal operating conditions, and when used in a proper application, for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date placed into service, provided all recommended maintenance is performed as scheduled, not to exceed (6) months from delivery.

WHAT WE WILL DO: Seller’s sole obligation with respect to this Warranty shall be to replace or repair, at Seller’s option, any part, parts or workmanship which may prove to be defective during the Warranty Period. Warranty work shall be performed at Seller’s home office (3315 Orange Grove Avenue North Highlands, CA 95660).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED: This warranty shall not apply to damage or defects caused by negligence, carelessness, unauthorized repair work, use of unauthorized repair parts or to damage due to accident, misuse or abuse on the part of the purchaser or his or her or its servants, agents, representatives or employees, or to damage caused by acts of God. This Warranty shall not apply to routine maintenance, repair and adjustments, or to the wear parts, including but not limited to the following: pressure gauges, strainer baskets, pump seals and ozone generator components or systems.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Except for the warranties stated herein, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF OTHER PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF PURCHASE OR REPLACEMENT GOODS, OR CLAIMS OF CUSTOMERS OF PURCHASER FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

The remedies of the Purchaser set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of Seller with respect to the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, installation or use of any goods covered by or furnished under this Limited Warranty shall not, in any event, exceed the price of the goods upon which such liability is based. Any parts or accessories not manufactured by PurClean™ are warranted only to the extent that the manufacturer’s Warranty may be passed on to Purchaser, and such parts and accessories are not subject to this Warranty or to any other warranty, expressed or implied. The limitations of remedies to repair or replacement and the disclaimer of all special, incidental or consequential damages are intended to be separate and independent limitations of Seller’s liability.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE: If a problem that is covered by this Warranty develops with this PurClean unit during the Warranty Period, PURCHASER MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD OR WAIVE ALL CLAIMS. Purchaser must then deliver the unit, at Purchaser’s expense and risk of loss during transport, to Seller’s North Highlands, California address.

 

TRANSFER OF WARRANTY: This Warranty is nontransferable.

No employee or agent of Seller is authorized to alter or extend this Warranty or to assume any other liability on Seller’s behalf. Any alterations or extensions shall not be valid or binding upon PurClean™. To get further help, notify the PurClean™ Warranty Department by calling 1.800.882.8854, and identify yourself as a bearer of the PurClean™ 12 Month Limited Warranty.

 Parts Program

TERMS & DISCOUNTS

  1. Open Account - Minimum order is $25.00 at list price. Orders placed for less than $25 will be charged full price. No qualifying discounts will be applied. Payment Terms on all standard Open Account Orders will be Net 30. Extended payment terms may be available on qualifying stock parts orders.
  2. C.O.D. - No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. If no terms are extended due to Dealer’s financial condition, payment may be made in advance via wire transfer or Credit Card.
  3. Stock Orders - Only one ‘ship to’ address permitted per order. Special discounts, Freight Terms and Payment Terms may apply. See Dealer Discount Table for details. Stock orders must ship to Dealer.
  4. Drop Ship Orders - Same discount and payment terms as open account orders.
  5. Back Orders - All dealers parts orders will normally be shipped complete unless otherwise requested. Freight allowance may be offered if partial orders are shipped. Contact customer service for determination.
  6. Special Sales & Promotions - Special sales and promotions will be advertised from time to time and are exempt from other special terms and discounts. Special discount items may not be added to stock orders to qualify for program discounts or terms.
  7. Emergency “Unit Down” Orders - Unit down orders will be expedited on a first-come first-served basis. These orders shall be limited to only those parts required to make the necessary repairs to inoperative machinery. Shipments will be made same day where at all possible. (Dependent upon time of order and availability of parts required) These orders may qualify for discounts per the discount table if the criteria for discount is met.
  8. Accuracy - Every attempt is made to insure we are providing the correct parts for your customer’s equipment. You may be asked for serial numbers when ordering certain parts for certain pieces of equipment. We do this to increase accuracy, customer satisfaction and expedite repairs. Please be prepared and have serial numbers ready if you are calling for information.

 PROMPT HANDLING OF ORDERS

Prompt handling of your orders can be assured by including the following information with every parts order:

  1. Include your customer ID. The customer ID may be found on all PurClean™ invoices and packing slips or by calling 800.882.8854
  2. A purchase order number is required on all orders. If your company does not require a purchase order, the name of the person placing the order may be used and a printed order must be submitted either via fax or email. Orders placed via eCommerce do not require a hard copy PO.
  3. Orders that are called in must be followed by a hard copy of the actual purchase order.
  4. If you have a preferred mode of transportation, (ie; UPS, FedX, LTL carrier preference, etc.) please specify when the order is placed. Dealer accounts must be current to avoid shipping delays. Call tag must be issued to facilitate alternate shipping methods.

PurClean™ is not responsible for delivery commitments made by shippers and can only commit to shipping as requested - when requested based upon product availability. Any issues related to late deliveries must be addressed with the carrier. Tracking numbers and or pro numbers will be provided upon request. All parts shipments are FOB North Highlands, CA. Call tag must be issued to facilitate alternate shipping methods.

 PARTS PRICE LIST

The PurClean™ Parts Price List is intended to be reflective of current parts required for current equipment models as well as many discontinued models. Please ask a Customer Service Representative if you don’t see the part you need on the eCommerce web site or the printed Price List. Many parts from other manufacturers are available and are provided as a convenience for maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, manifolds, etc. Please use COMPLETE part number on Purchase Orders and in any correspondence. The listing of a part does not guarantee its availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. All parts will be billed at the price in effect when the order is placed. Periodic price list supplements or updated parts lists will be published and/or distributed to reflect changes, additions and deletions.  ROUTINE PARTS RETURN POLICY*

  1. Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be received before return shipment is made. An RGA will be valid for 30 days from date of issue. Any parts returned without RGA, exempt from return or beyond the 30-day period will be subject to reduced credit, no credit or additional restocking fees.
  2. RGA slip must accompany all parts returned.
  3. All qualifying parts returned must be in new resalable condition.
  4. Prepackaged parts must be in unbroken original packaging.
  5. Return parts must be shipped prepaid.
  6. All parts returned are subject to final acceptance by PurClean™ before credit is issued.
  7. Any damaged, unidentifiable or otherwise rejected or unacceptable parts (RGA missing) will be held for 30 days from dealer notification then disposed of at PurClean™ discretion.
  8. Restocking fees may apply – see DEALER PARTS RETURN PROGRAM TABLE.

*Excluded are special order items and any other items non-stock items identified as ineligible for return.

 DAMAGED PARTS – DEFECTIVE - MISSING – SHIPPING

Parts orders shipped other than Freight Prepaid are FOB Factory. Any shipping damage or freight claims must be addressed with the shipping company and must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork. Missing parts must be identified and communicated immediately upon receipt of order with notification made to PurClean™ via email to parts@purclean.com . Any defective part return request beyond the 60 days should be directed to warranty for replacement determination. (*See complete warranty statement.)

 PARTS WARRANTY

Parts manufactured by PurClean™ are warranted to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase when used under normal operating conditions, used in a proper application and have been provided any/all maintenance is performed as recommended. Any parts or accessories not manufactured by PurClean™ are warranted only to the extent that the manufacturer’s warranty may be passed on to the purchaser and such parts and accessories are not subject to the PurClean™ warranty or to any other warranty expressed or implied. (*See complete warranty statement) Normal wear or excessive wear due to lack of or poor maintenance is not covered by this or any warranty.

 TERMINATION

In the event the sales agreement between the dealer and PurClean™ is terminated, and where applicable by law, PurClean™ may agree to repurchase parts under the following conditions:

  1. Within 30 days of the date of termination, the dealer must submit a request for Return Authorization showing quantity, PurClean™ part number, description and original order/invoice number to be considered.
  2. Parts must be in ‘new, resalable condition’ shipped prepaid to PurClean™. within 30 days of issuance of RGA.
  3. Unacceptable or unauthorized parts returned will be held for 30 days after dealer has been notified of the rejection.
  4. Rejected parts will be returned at Dealer’s request freight collect.
  5. If no disposition is communicated, parts will be disposed of at PurClean™.
  6. Credit for acceptable parts will be issued to the dealer’s account at original invoiced price less 25% re-stocking fee.
